ABOUT THE ROLE 

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role as part of our financial team, ensuring the seamless operation of our finance tasks and contributing to our ongoing growth and development.

You will work closely with the rest of the office team in ensuring the smooth operation of financial, administrative and support intake tasks within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include.

  • Assisting in accounts payable and receivable,
  • Conducting bank statement reconciliations
  • Managing financial transactions,
  • Daily communication with Clients/Case workers
  • Quoting and invoicing supports provided
  • Running financial reports
  • Collecting and consolidating tax invoices

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • A minimum of 2 or more years’ experience in an Accounts function
  • Proficient in MYOB, XERO or similar accounting software
  • Computer literacy including a sound level of competency with Microsoft Office platforms and client management systems.
  • Excellent Communication and Organization skills
  • Comply with NSW Working with Children Check and National Police History Check requirements.
  • Current NSW drivers’ license
